    Our standard delivery timeline is 3-5 business days from order date. While we do everything we can to make sure you have your fave styles ASAP, please note all carriers have been experiencing shipping delays at this time. Keep your eye on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation for the most updated status of your order.

  • My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?

    Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Definitely reach us at hello@pleaserepeat.com if you need anything further!

  • How do I return my order?

    Simply reach out to our team at hello@ pleaserepeat.com to let us know your order number and what unworn pieces you would like to return or exchange. We will get you set up with a return label and processing form right away! We provide a 30 day return window for all orders. All items must however be unworn. If an item looks worn or damaged from use when returned we unfortunately cannot issue a return. We'll make it as easy and painless as possible if something wasn't as you expected upon arrival – including free return shipping. Engraved pieces are final sale.

  • How do I exchange a product?

    We are unfortunately not able to process exchanges at this time, but if you are unhappy at all with your purchase feel free to return it within 30 days or reach us hello@pleaserepeat.com! We will go above and beyond to make you feel adorned...

  • How long does the return process take?

    Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, it takes up to 8-13 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation notice on the return!

  • Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?

    We work hard to get your pieces out to you ASAP, usually within 24 hours. If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at hello @ pleaserepeat.com with your order number and we will do our best to cancel. Please note for engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel the order.

    Feel like taking the world by storm? Go for it! Just don't wear your pieces in an actual storm and avoid swimming or bathing in it.

  • How do I take care of my jewelry?

    Pampering yourself extra? Love that for you! Just make sure your fragrances, polishes, lotions and sprays are dry before putting on your pieces.

  • Where should I store my pieces?

    Feel like going all out every day, just because you can? Of course you do! But when you're staying in, put your pieces away in a dark cool and dry place, or back in the packaging they came in.

  • What are my 14k gold vermeil pieces made out of?

    All Please Repeat 14k gold vermeil pieces consist of at least 2.5 microns of gold over a sterling silver base. This ensures that the luster on your pieces lasts extra long. All pieces are stamped 925.

  • What are my 14k gold plated pieces made out of?

    All Please Repeat 14k gold pieces consist of at least 2 microns of gold over brass. This ensures that the luster on your pieces lasts extra long. While we always use precious gold and silver metals wherever possible we want to make sure our jewelry is always affordable and so for some of our signature statement looks we have switched the underlying metal to brass. All are extremely durable, hypoallergenic and plated with exactly the same process as our gold vermeil.

  • What are my rhodium plated pieces made out of?

    All Please Repeat rhodium plated pieces consist of rhodium plating over brass. This ensures that the luster on your pieces lasts extra long. While we always use precious gold and silver metals wherever possible we want to make sure our jewelry is always affordable and so some of our signature statement looks we have switched the underlying metal to brass. All are extremely durable, hypoallergenic and plated with exactly the same process as our sterling silver.

    We select all our gemstones intentionally - for their cuts, clarity, and combinations with our stones. Each is absolutely genuine and unique.
